1. 免疫激活,免疫抑制在肿瘤免疫治疗中的作用及其调控机制的研究。

2. 免疫检查点肿瘤免疫治疗耐受抵抗机制及其逆转途径的研究。

3. 肿瘤免疫功能基因组学和肿瘤微环境中肿瘤-免疫相互作用的系统分析。

4. 动物模型抗肿瘤药物药效以及免疫学特征的检测分析。

5. 天然免疫抗病毒分子机制研究。

6. TRIM, DUBF-box家族基因在IFN信号通路激活中的调控作用,及其体内抗病毒、抗肿瘤免疫应答功能的研究。

 

课题组研究成果

 

1.   人源化小鼠肿瘤动物模型的建立及免疫检查点抑制剂组合抗肿瘤免疫治疗药效的评价。

AG威斯尼斯人娛乐城构建了多种人源化PD-L1小鼠肿瘤细胞系和相应小鼠肿瘤模型,应用于各类抗PD-L1免疫检查点抗体筛选,临床前药理、药效评估,以及与靶向小分子药物联合治疗机制的研究。

 



 

2.   开发用于分析小鼠肿瘤组织中免疫细胞组成的ImmuCC算法。

 

 

 

3.   新型荧光素酶互补报告系统技术的建立和天然免疫抗病毒分子的筛选。

 

课题组发明了一种新型基于IRF3二聚体的荧光素酶互补报告系统IRF3-BiLC,可应用于大规模的天然免疫激活剂的筛选和调节机制研究,并构建了用于流感病毒聚合酶特异性抑制剂筛选的细胞报告系统。

 

 

4.  F-box家族蛋白在I型干扰素抗病毒免疫应答途径中的调控机制研究。

   AG威斯尼斯人娛乐城系统研究了F-box家族蛋白如何调控I型干扰素信号通路,首次发现了F-box家族蛋白可控制IRF3的激活,以响应核酸和病毒入侵介导的天然活化,这一发现为病毒感染防御和自身免疫疾病的治疗提供了潜在的治疗靶点。

 

 

5.   建立抗埃博拉病毒体外药效学评价模型,筛选广谱抗病毒小分子药物和研究干扰素效应分子抗埃博拉病毒作用机制。
